The mixture of cement and acrylic is applied to one side of the fabric before it is placed, one side only, it sticks best this way. Notice how the cement and acrylic has not completely penetrated and saturated the fabric. Additional cement mixture is applied as shown on the lower fabric, which was completed immediately prior to the upper fabric square, for this photographic presentation.
